Volunteer mediators are needed for the Eagle County Small Claims Court. Court is scheduled for most Fridays, but additional days may be added, as needed. Court generally begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Justice Center on 885 Chambers Ave. in Eagle, Colorado. Volunteers should be done by noon, at the latest. The only requirement is to have completed the 40 hour mediation training. There are usually 6 cases scheduled to be heard; so, more than one mediator can often be used.
