Mediation Services Available in CDBA Region:

Office of Dispute Resolution, Colorado Judicial Branch

The Office of Dispute Resolution contracts with specific individuals providing mediation and alternative dispute resolution services.  These individuals meet extensive Office of Dispute Resolution qualifications for training, experience and skills and are contracted for the Fifth Judicial District.  Office of Dispute Resolution contract mediators provide services at rates which are standard statewide, but vary according to type of case.  Free or reduced cost services may be available to parties who qualify.

ODR also oversees a Community Conflict Resolution/Restorative Justice mini-grant program which provides funding to several community dispute resolution groups around the state.  Additional information about ODR can be found at  http://www.ColoradoODR.org
